Sr. Manager

Western Skies Billing Service is seeking an experienced manager to fill a Sr. Manager position. We are adding this position to our current Sr. Manager team to accommodate our rapid growth. This position manages a number of assigned client accounts. Minimum of 5 yrs experience in medical billing with 2 years supervisory experience required. Must have knowledge of entire medical billing cycle including CPT & ICD9 coding, managed care, A/R management, appeals and collections. Directs, controls and evaluates the operations of the staff under their direct supervision. Monitors and supervises daily activities to insure maximum utilization of their staff members. Conducts internal audit on the accounts to maintain our focus on providing quality services to our clients.

Account Representative

The Account Representative is responsible for their particular accounts from the beginning of the billing process through receipt of payment from insurance companies. This allows each Account Representative the opportunity to become familiar with the distinct requirements and peculiarities of their assigned client account.

Data Entry Clerk

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for entering patient demographic and insurance information accurately and efficiently as well as any clerical duties as assigned.

Help Desk

Provides hardware and software client support for all end users including PCs, Thin Clients, Printers and Phones. Provides troubleshooting and support requests through company issues tracking software.

Our Location

Western Skies is located in Littleton, Colorado one block from the corner of Ken Caryl and Pierce. We provide medical billing services to clients in the Denver area, central Colorado mountain area, as well as in Texas, Missouri and Montana.
